Return Policy



If for any reason you are not completely in love with your selection, we will gladly refund, exchange or issue store credit, for the value of full-priced merchandise, within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Items must be in new condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered. Uniquities has the right to refuse a refund, exchange or store credit based on the condition of the item being returned.

Items that are marked as final sale, sale items, earrings, adhesive bras, Undergarments, swimwear and bodysuits are FINAL SALE. Price adjustments will not be given for previously purchased items.

Footwear must include the unworn shoes, original shoe box in pristine condition and without postage labels attached. Shoes that are returned without the original box or in a damaged shoebox will not be accepted.

RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS TO BE ELGIBLE FOR A REFUND. If returns are postmarked outside of the 14-day period, it will not be eligible for a refund and store credit will be issued.

The return total will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of the return label value. Please allow up to 7 business days for Uniquities to receive and process your return. If you prefer to exchange your items, we will send a replacement as soon as the original item(s) are received and processed.

To request a prepaid USPS return label, please send an email with your information to If you choose to request a prepaid return label through Uniquities, we will refund your original method of payment for your return minus the cost of a return label. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

This return policy is applicable for online purchases only and does not apply to in-store purchases.
